The staff was incredibly friendly and my youngest had a good time at the pool. The bathrooms could use a deep clean but the beds were comfortable and clean. There was an alarm going off in the middle of the night, sounded like a fire alarm but the alarms in hallways didnt appear to be the source.

Great location. Has a strong chlorine smell, but there IS a waterpark. Just know in advance. The only issue was the main TV by the bed did not having a working remote control and instead was stuck on a Catholic mass.

Clean and comfortable room and bed. Our king room was large. Parking was tricky at night, as the lot was full. The pool was very very cold, so no one could swim in it, not even the kids. We were disappointed in that. The hot tub was hot, but crowded because the pool was cold, and the kid’s play area water was tolerable. We still enjoyed the water park area. Would stay again.

The staff is great!
We were there overnight and had to be at the airport by 3am. I asked if someone could walk my daughter and I to our car. The gal at the front didn’t hesitate, and said sure I will walk you out. She stood there while my daughter went through her bag to get something. I was so thankful for her.

Good family hotel, cleaning needs to improve.
Front staff were great--always pleasant and helpful in answering questions. Room was less than great for the price. Sofa with pull out bed had stains (blood?). Backside of door and ceiling had remnants of silly string. Throughout a 3-night stay, the room was never cleaned while we were out. I had to request more bath towels and the trash piled up. It is a good hotel for a trip with kids. The location made us explore places we would not have otherwise. Better housekeeping would have made it a 5 star stay.
