Not good enough...
Great location with many excellent dining options right outside and ideal for our 10 night stay. Local tram network is right across the street too. However, unfortunately our room was extremely dirty, especially the bathroom. The sofa bed / couch had a broken arm & was extremely uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time, probably just passed its effective use by date. The shower head broke off on the first use, it was replaced when asked, however the tradesman left black footprints all over the bath matt & in shower base. As the hotel was fully booked, unfortunately there was no point asking for another room. Would definitely not stay at or recommend the Phoenican Resort again.

Great position, right in the heart of Broadbeach.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property,from check in to check out reception staff so helpful. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious everything needed was there, the only negative was the noisy fridge.
