The customer service was really nice except there’s always that one employee who thinks they have made it, firstly when I arrived at the hotel on a safe BODA, he came near me, I tried to great him, but he ignored me. Instead he took my suitcase without saying a word, with the money this hotel ask per night they need to fix their employees behaviours. The next morning, I saw him and I tried to ask him about something, i said hello like 4x to get his attention, he looked at me and kept on walking. I immediately went I told the 2 receptionists. Overall, the experience was great with other employees, the breakfast was 100/100, the rooms are clean and comfortable bed.
