There is not really staff, you just will receive information via message (it came on my WhatsApp) how to get in. Lots of restaurants around. We did lots of hiking from the house and visited 5 monasteries. The apartment appears very new and clean.

Perfect suite !
Such a perfect stay !!! We booked the suite with fireplace and view to mountains. The suite exceeded our expectations! The bed was sooo comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (including some complimentary treats like cookies, small cheese and honey, toasts, water, etc..) wifi worked great and the shower was perfect !!! We recommend 100% ! Location was perfect for us (we arrived by car to visit meteora)

This is a new property in Kastraki, which is a 15 min walk or 5 euro taxi ride from the town of Kalambaka. Kastraki is a small, quaint village at the foot of the monasteries in Meteora. There is a lovely family run restaurant just at the end of the road, and a bakery across the street. The rooms themselves are well designed, modern and comfortable. For a fee, ask about late check out. It’s very much worth it given the transportation options out of Kalambaka. I’d definitely come back again!
