Great staff, room and location
Very centric hotel, with friendly staff, very clean and had a fan. The room was of reasonable size, the bathroom was large, good water pressure and hot water. You have the Mercato Centrale at your doorstep, walk to the Duomo in 5 minutes, the further part is Ponte Vechio. The train station is a 10 minute walk. The towels are different but they do the job just fine.

We stayed in several hotels while in Italy and this was one of the best choices and stays. The service was awesome and the rooms was great. Clean and so so convenient with the Market being one street over. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. This was my family’s first time and there were no hidden costs.
