Nice enough but…
Hotel was nice. Loved the location for the concert. Only thing I didn’t like was not being able to check in early without paying extra. Our room was ready and no one had to do anything extra to allow us to check in early but still wanted us to pay the early check in fee. I understand that’s the policy but almost all other hotels let us check in early without paying the fee. And they do it happily! Makes it easier for them at check in time.

There was “garbage” piled up and left right at the entrance of the room. Was not sure if the room was properly cleaned considering how messy the garbages were!!! When the front desk were told, he removed the garbage. The thermostat in the room was not functioning, slept in the cold room, called the front desk to check the heater then temp worked. There was no mention about extra parking fee for the hotel guest when I made a reservation. I was surprised when I was checking in because I have to pay extra parking fee - a hidden extra charge!!!!!! Plus so many tax charges!!!!! I do not like to be charged untold hidden extra charges. It gave me a bitter taste.

Usually not a fan of La Quinta, but this property is nice! Can't comment on breakfast due to an early departure for the airport. Their shuttle service was very convenient.

It was good, but the room wasn’t cleaned. There was said to be a glitch in the system showing it was cleaned, so the manager was going to send someone up to clean while I was out. I came back around 11, and it was still left the way it was when I first showed up.
