The address on Expedia was misleading, I contacted the property and received a different address for where to go as we were walking around for a while before we could find it. It is inside a bigger building with another hotel on different floors which is why we were so confused.
Regardless, could not fault the hotel at all :)
Had an option for a wide range of breakfast at an affordable price, the room was clean and had heaters which was perfect since we visited in January while it was so cold.
The best part about the hotel was the members of staff, they were so helpful and spoke pretty good English which was a relief when we needed any help.
Specifically would like to mention Colin who was incredibly kind and helpful when we had a couple of issues that needed resolving fairly urgently, he spoke fluent English and ensured we would not be left without a solution. The staff are also only a message away on either the Stey app or through the Expedia live chat, with fairly rapid responses.
Overall an amazing stay and would definitely reccommend this hotel :)
