Besides the insect (cockroach) infestation, my non-smoking room was adjoined to another room inhabited by someone who was “upgrading” the motel and was a chain smoker. Besides the smoke pouring in to my room, the man was extremely loud and inconsiderate of me. 0/10 for this dump

World traveler
There was a dope baggie on the entertainment center. No plug for the bathtub. The bed was broke down so it was the mattress. The pillows were flat. When I asked for extra pillows, they told me they only provided two per room. I told her she’d give me some more pillows or I would get my money back the front desk was very rude. They beat on the door at 10:30 screaming check out was at 10 threatening to call the police on me if I didn’t get out right away. I don’t know if she called the cops or not. I got up and got dressed and left. This place is a dump. I wouldn’t suggest anybody stay there unless you’re a junkie when they would service you. Well you probably buy dope needles whatever you need right there on premises.

Well when you book a hotel online and they say they have Continental breakfast you would expect that they actually do. They had no breakfast and no coffee gym equipment that you can't access. The rooms were so outdated and need ng was so old and not even a mattress pad on the beds. No fire alarm....it was laying in the window seal with no batteries. Light fixture was tore out of the wall.. I don't usually leave reviews but this isn't a place I'd ever recommend or stay in again.

Pictures are deceiving
Unfortunately some of the staff here do not care at all about the guest, cleaning rooms, making sure bedding is replaced, and general upkeep of the property is just not there. If you have the option to stay elsewhere please do.

Horrible!! Do not stay here!!!
I was booked there for a one night stay with my 10 year old son. Upon arriving I was told I hadn’t chose ‘pet friendly’ and the only pet friendly room available was smoking. I accepted the room, but after entering the room I determined there was no way I was staying there with my child, the room smelled heavily of smoke, the lamps we’re hanging haphazardly off the walls, and the bathroom light cover was gone and wires were exposed. Also, the entire floor appears to have permanent residents as the walkway leading to the room was filled with work boots and grease stains from cooking by the doors to the rooms. I went to the front desk and let them know I wasn’t comfortable staying there, I was refused any money back because it was a non refundable rate, but I feel that if safety is an issue, there should be an exception. Would not recommend and would not EVER stay there!!

The property is not kept up with. The bed is old, tore and not comfortable at all! Towels are like hand towel size. Sink, bathtub and shower curtains are nasty dirty and stained. Even some towels had stains. The toilet seat didn't even match the size of the toilet so i had to put toilet paper on the edges as not to sit on the actual toilet bowl. The toilet paper holder was broken and missing. The floors had not been swept whatsoever and dead bugs everywhere. One outlet by the fridge was broken so you have to unplug the fridge to use the microwave. The fire alarms around the building were already in the down position and broken. Don’t get me started on the crackhead lady hitting on me while she sat on the steps and also danced around their dumpster later that evening. I wont be back. Not many options in Russell springs so look at a nearest county. Don't say i didn't warn you.

The young lady at the front desk is a very sweet girl. Always so kind. I do have to say that this time around the room was not very clean. Bed was poorly made. Dirt on the floor. Cable tv didn't work. But other than that I have always had great stays here.

The hotel was clean. Very basic. Did have a fridge and microwave. So glad it had a fridge. Oddly the pool was closed and it was 4th of July weekend. The are doing a remodel which the old hotel needs. They have a hardwood floor not carpet. Would have been nice if it had a desk/ table and chair. Just had 2 beds and a tall cabinet that had the tv on it and the fridge and microwave in it. Again basic but clean

Absolutely disguting property. Pictures listed online did not portrait this establishment. It was dirty, things were broken, and we didn't atay more than 10 minutes in our room. Bathroom was not cleaned at all and there were dirty hand towels left for us to use and zero bath towels linens were threadbare and I was hesitant in putting down my bags. Our room was at the back of the motel on the 2nd floor. When bringing our bags to our room, we saw some unmentionable items on the stairs. The lobby listed a sign that read "No refund at 15 minutes feom checking in." That alone should have acared us away. Do not stay here. Ever.
