There was only 1 outlet for use in the bedroom and the microwave was left unplugged. There was no hand soap for the sink, so we had to use the shower bar soap. There was also no counter in the bathroom which was inconvenient. The coffee machine was left uncleaned with a dirty filter still inside it. The heater was unbearably loud (and not that effective) which made it impossible to sleep with it on, which meant waking up cold every morning. The bathroom door doesn't shut all the way, and the front door was quite stiff as well. Visible holes in the walls and door where the door handles had been previously slammed into. The mattress was permanently(as far as we could tell) to the box spring and frame, leaving a gap between the headboard which was perfect for letting the pillows slip into while sleeping. Although this is common in the area we stayed, the TV offered only antenna channels and was essentially useless to anyone that watches modern stuff on netflix, hulu, etc. Housekeeping had to be requested, and was not normally offered due to Covid(it's 2025 i think we're past that) and the staff were generally not seen. The top of the toilet also had a large dirty spot on it, we didn't attempt to clean it. Also- there was virtually nowhere to hang wet towels as the only spot was a handicap handrail directly over the toilet paper(which was also not very durable). Lastly, I wanted to point out the room we stayed in, which was for handicapped, was small w/ no room for luggage!
