I had high expectations for my stay at Conrad Orlando, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience for a hotel of this caliber.
More than 50% of the amenities, including the kids club and several restaurants, were closed for four days a week. This lack of availability was frustrating, especially considering that the nightly rate for a Monday stay was priced the same as a Friday, despite the significantly reduced offerings.
Upon check-in, I was encouraged by the front desk staff to enjoy the very amenities that were closed during my stay from Monday to Wednesday. This showed a lack of awareness about the guest experience and left me feeling undervalued.
The food prices were excessively high, with a simple to-go coffee costing $10. Additionally, after returning to the hotel at 10 PM from Disney, I found that my room had not been cleaned or serviced—completely unacceptable for a five-star property.
I could continue listing more frustrating moments, but I will stop here. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a luxury hotel.
