This is the first time I’ve bothered to leave a hotel review, I’ve stayed at a few Holiday Inn Hotels around the world and always found them to be great value, with friendly staff to cater all your needs. The reason I’m leaving this review is that I was staying in Lucknow for the cricket World Cup match and because I’d been travelling around I got the tickets couriered to the hotel before my arrival, the tickets were waiting for me when I checked in, which might seem an easy task, however none of the other hotels that I’d stayed in prior to the Holiday Inn Lucknow managed to deal with this request as efficiently. Also, I had flown from Mumbai to Lucknow and when I landed none of my checked in luggage had arrived. The front desk manager at the hotel handled all the communications to Mumbai airport and my luggage arrived at the hotel the next day after he’d arranged for it to be on the next flight. Once again thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making my stay seamless.
