Checking is 24/7, there’s two machines for this (you can use same for check out), it accepts cash and major credit cards. I read some where reception was open till midnight only which is wrong. I was concerned as my flight arrived late to Tokyo then had to travel to Osaka. The buffet breakfast is excellent, rooms are modern and clean. 20 min walking to/from JR Osaka station. I’d recommend this place and stay again if return.

スタッフは、外国人が中心で構成されていたが、丁寧な対応で良かった。 コンセットの場所悪過数も少ないことや、デスクがない代わりに小さなテーブルはあったがデスクがないのでPC作業がやりにくかった事など、部屋の使い勝手が悪かった。 他の方々も記載されている通り、埃溜まっていたり、ユニットバスに髪の毛が残っていたり、クリーニングされていたフェイスタオルに汚れが残っていたりと、清潔感に関しては今までで1番悪かった。

必要最小限揃った清潔なビジネスホテル。サウナ付き大浴場はとても良かった。室内には冷蔵庫とケトルはあるが、コーヒーカップやインスタントコーヒー等は無い。1階から直接コンビニに行けるので問題ないが。

シングルベッド 2台で１人で使用出来たり、部屋の広さも大きくて且つ、ビジネスホテル系の料金設定なのでとても良いです。 ビジネスホテルですが、外装やロビー、客室とLuxury系ホテルをコンパクトにした様な作りのホテルなので、ビジネスホテルとはまた違った印象のあるホテルです。 サービスは徹底してコストダウンしているのか連泊の場合の部屋掃除無し、使用済みタオルやゴミ箱は部屋の外の廊下にむき出して出しておくという感じなので、これだけは何か袋を用意しておくとかした方が廊下の見た目には良いのではとは感じました。 あと、バリアフリー仕様なので、ユニットバスも部屋との段差がなく楽ですし、ユニットバス自体も広くて◎ 外国からの旅行客が多いので、朝食場所は団体で埋まっているとの事で、隣の同ホテルのeastに行き食べて下さいとの事でしたが、生憎の雨天でしたので、面倒なので食べなかったです…流石に、移動させるのはどうかと思いましたが、レストランは狭い様なので、それも致し方がないのかとは思いました。１階が隣のLAWSONと直結なのも便利です。
