The property is in a beautiful spot overlooking the water and the town. The room was nice and clean, the staff was lovely and they attended to our needs. The only problem was construction going on with drilling that created some racket for us. But this was not the properties fault and it was during the off-season so I doubt it will affect summertime visits.

Very close to the main city centre of Ravello. The host Ornella made the experience a 10 out of 10. Very helpful and knowledgable about the area and showed excellent hospitality while we were staying here. Ornella went above and beyond to help make sure we have the best experience here!

Definitely Amazing Place to Stay
This was a super property with very friendly staff, amazing breakfast in the morning with wide selection, and an amazing view while eating. Rooms were clean and comfortable for relaxing. We arrived really late at almost midnight, but they still met us to give access to the room. Definitely recommend staying there with a short walk to Ravello centre, short drive to Amalfi, and amazing places to eat in Minori. Enjoyed every moment !

One of the best place that we stayed in our two weeks of Italy trip. Though we stayed in “more expensive” hotels in Rome / Venice, this place’s view is just incomparable. Waking up / coming back to the place was just joyful. Also the owner / staff were very professional / supportive. Even though the place is not really considered as “hotel” some of the services offered exceeded typical hotels’. One thing to note would be, there are specific check-in, check-out time, so make sure to communicate that with the property.

Unbeatable View, Great Service
The view is simply unbeatable. You enjoy a breakfast of your choice (based on their menu cards) every day of your stay each at your selected time preference with the incredible view out front. The room was well kept, clean, spacious and the aircon was cold. While our mini fridge did not work and they were working on getting a replacement for us, they had a vending machine with water, snacks, beer & Aperol spritz +more for everyone. Would come back if Ravello simply had more to offer and it wasn’t so far out of the way. We rented a car and had free parking throughout our stay which was a huge positive. The abundance of friendly cats around was also fun.

Simply the best!
We were in Italy for two weeks and stayed at Severn different hotels. This villa was by far the best. The view is breathtaking. The rooms are well appointed, and the customized breakfasts are delicious! I can say this is a fantastic place for couples and the staff is incredibly helpful.! They even allowed us to have a vow renewal ceremony on their patio overlooking the sea in celebration of our 25th anniversary. I can’t say enough about the service we received.

We LOVED this hotel! We arrived late (after their 7 pm close), but communicated that with the hotel prior to our arrival and they had a staff member stick around until we arrived at 8 pm and she was so kind and helpful in helping us get parked (having a parking spot is such a HUGE plus) and checked in. There is a restaurant just a couple minutes walk from the hotel called Giulanni’s View that has great sunset views and you can make reservations for. You can also walk up the hill (a lot of stairs) to Rivello which has a great plaza area with a bunch of different restaurant options as well. They also provide a really good continental breakfast on their terrace overlooking the coastline. With the included parking spot, the included breakfast, and the walkable restaurant options, this would be a great home base to explore the Amalfi coast from. We would definitely stay here again!

Didn't get the room I paid for. Stayed 5 nights.I booked the Royal Quadruple Room sea view (green water room ) 323 Square feet . Ornella took us to the Luxury sea view (rose water )which is 269 Square feet . I knew it was wrong immediately. when I question her and showed her my paperwork she blamed Expedia. They had double booked the Royal Quadruple room apparently. No refund for the smaller room. Ornella refused to give us the larger room because the other people were checking in a few minutes after we did. I decided to let it go and just stay in the smaller room. The room was clean and the breakfast was average . I didn't like the fact that you had a set time for breakfast and it didn't start till 8am. Twice we had to leave earlier then 8am for a tour and airport. Ornella did offer to leave muffins and croissant in our room the night before which was nice. There is a lot of stairs to the main square. It takes 15 minutes it is tough and you might need to take a few minutes to rest. The room was noisy you can hear the other people banging luggage around in the next room and running the shower.There was 3 keys the old fashion type not the plastic credit card ones. one for the room one for the outer door that led to the 3 rooms and one for the gate. all where a pain to open. I probably got ripped off $300.00 plus euros Again,I didn't get what I paid for. The internet was terrible. Never again. Bait and switch Beware

The views are amazing. The room was meticulously clean. They provided complimentary water and Prosecco in our fridge upon arrival. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even waited a half hour past their regular hours to get us checked in, which I’m happy about as I don’t know that our self check in would have gone well as the place is a bit confusing since you come in the back and there is a trick with the key to get it to work. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient with fresh fruit, a variety of pastries (including amazing chocolate croissants fresh from the oven), meats, cheeses, cereal, juices, hard boiled eggs, juices and espresso/lattes made to order. The location is great with the steps up to Ravello and steps down to Minori right outside the property. But if steps are an issue for you, that would be a problem getting to Ravello, as I believe there are 150 or so steps leading up to the square, but once at the top of those stairs, you are in the heart of it all. The one downside of the property was the mattress. It felt like cardboard on top of wood, so not comfortable at all. We managed to get some sleep due to exhaustion both nights we were there, but if beds are an issue for you, this could be a dealbreaker for you. In general, I loved the property except for that.

Location incantevole, vista mozzafiato. Comodo parcheggio (non per auto grandi come ben specificato dalla struttura) in posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro di Ravello. Camera spaziosa, pulita, confortevole, ben attrezzata, bagno molto grande e pulito. Colazione in terrazza impagabile. Accoglienza professionale e molto cortese, massima disponibilità.
