First off, the buildings were not clearly marked! I walked into another man’s apartment as he was cooking. There were only the cleaners on-site, who spoke very broken English. They weren’t even sure where my rental was! They finally figured it out, but the keys weren’t where they were auto be. I contacted Vince who was no help, then talked to his wife. They finally figured out where I could find a key! Thank goodness the cleaning staff was there or I wouldn’t have found it! Had to use a back up key! If cleaning staff hadn’t been there I wouldn’t have been able to get in! I misplaced my key and was charged $150 for a replacement key! There were 2 keys, but one didn’t work!About $145 more than it cost to replace it! The towels were stained and threadbare, the place was dirty The tv didn’t work at all and I was there for 6 days, and made my complaint known! Do NOT stay here! The place is a nightmare with no support! No one listens! I have been in touch with Vince about the outrageous key fee plus the hassle with the key o. The first place, then the threadbare, dirty towels. This place would get get no stars, but it doesn’t go that low! Please don’t fall for the price! This is worse than a motel 6 on steroids!
