The place was very unique in which it has rooms along the exterior and an open common area in between them. Half of the common area is a kitchen/dining area, while the other is a game room. In theory, this seems like a great idea with easy access to everything, but in practice, not so much. You can hear everything when in the room, from the cooking in the kitchen to the kids playing in the game room. But worst of all, the game room area has an air hockey table, which is placed along the wall in between two rooms. You can do so much with a game room without it being crazy loud like a air hockey table. On top of that, the rooms are on the second floor, with the first being some sort of maintenance area with large garage doors. These doors can also be loud in the room. One morning they were opened up around 6:00am.
I feel like I'm extra negative about it, but we still thought it was a really nice place. I think it would work out much better as a place where an entire party rented the place out, rather than playing off like a hotel with each individual room sold separately.
On a positive note, the room itself was very nice and the staff were always nice and helpful. The kitchen area had everything you need for cooking, and the shared fridge had plenty of room for everyone.
Also of note, there is no temperature control for each room. They stated the maintenance crew controls the entire facility. This wasn't a huge issue for us, as we were generally comfortable.
