My days in Ghana were coming to an end, and I was looking for accommodation that offered a shuttle service. That is why I booked the Lennox, thinking I would get a shuttle to the airport when I was ready.
Well after booking, I did not get any notification from them on what do next, I was coming from Takoradi to Accra by air and was hoping to learn about their air port shuttle but I was never informed on the process.
I booked a rideshare, hoping that when I checked in, I would inquire about airport drop-off on my day of departure. I texted a number that was given to me by a rep at the center, but no one responded to me on WhatsApp, even though the account is active.
I then called the number inquiring. I was asked to call another number, and I was later informed that their shuttle is for only incoming guests and not those departing. I was very disappointed because there is nothing on their site stating that. I sent them a screenshot of what they advertised online, thinking that would make them do something for me. All I got was sorry.
In addition, the rooms need some little loving care. It's a nice apartment building, and this particular room I stayed in had some stains on the wall, a cracked mirror, and a peeling cabinet. I think these are minor things that can be easily fixed but are being neglected.
They had someone coming to clean without my notice; I didn't know someone would come around when I left for town, which was very strange because I wish I had known.
