Too complicated since check in. Impossible to communicate with the company. A complete waste of my time. 3 hours trying to check in unsuccessfully. Expedia also useless. No support even after a week. Still no decision made after a week. Front desk had no idea who I was even with confirmation number at check in. I’m still trying to get my money back.
The property sends you a form to be filled up before check in but the link does not work. No support to help you with the form.
Stay somewhere else!
