The property itself felt unsafe. The room felt unsafe, the room was dirty. The door lock was broken so I had to place a piece of furniture behind the door to make sure no one could break in. The restroom was dirty and the towels looked dirty.

Upon arriving the air conditioner was not put on in our room... It was 101 and the room was very very warm. It didn't cool off until near 3:00 in the morning. Ice machine not working. Floors were extremely filthy
