Great loft space. Nice doormen. Fantastic room and comfortable bed.And I loved the interior design.
Unfortunately the communication between the property and Expedia was so poor, that I was contacted by the property and told my card didn’t, have sufficient funds? I never gave them my card? And my card certainly has the fonds!I book through Expedia, so I have the safety, of having settled the bill, before arrival? These properties often has no reception staff, therefore it is highly important, that Expedia and the property management, are in sync.
I called Expedia, who was unable to reach the property, but thankfully the management eventually found the glitch, as I had the proof of payment through Expedia, and forwarded it to to them myself. It was definitely a stressful couple of hours, of my vacation, I could have done without.
I am not sure, I will come back to this property, because of this mess. I go to CDMX often, and have never experienced anything like, this before. It seemed a bit dodgy. So I highly recommend that you bare the above in mind, when booking this property, through Expedia.
