The main issue with this hotel is that it did not provide the room we booked and paid for. We specifically chose this hotel for its room with a balcony and lake view, as advertised in the photos showcasing two chairs and a desk on the balcony. This room, being the most expensive in the hotel, was our choice and we paid accordingly. Upon checking in, we were informed that the room was already booked, and the only available one, although similar in interior design, lacked the advertised balcony. This felt misleading as the balcony and lake view were the primary reasons for our booking. It is crucial that the hotel provides clear descriptions of their rooms to ensure guests know whether they are booking a room with or without a balcony as shown in the photos. Without this clarity, it feels like deception.
