Great location! Right next to a park and close to the city center. The room was small but fine. The shower was excellent. However, the downside is that the hotel has no reception. There is no human contact. I mention this because I arrived in Boston at 8 a.m., and check-in wasn’t until 4 p.m. I went to the hotel after leaving the airport to see if I could at least leave my bags while waiting for check-in time. Nothing. No one to assist me. I ended up walking around the city in the drizzle, carrying my luggage. Around 12 p.m., after walking for four hours with my bags and feeling exhausted from a 10-hour flight, I returned. Fortunately, Anabel, a cleaning staff member, helped me out and allowed me to store my luggage in the room. Kudos to Anabel for the assistance! But negative points for Maverick Suites: this experience was awful due to the lack of customer service structure at the hotel.
