Location: The hotel seems to be situated in a residential area, next to the highway, and within walking distance to the metro. However, the area has heavy traffic, pollution, and some homeless individuals. The convenience stores, including the hotel, have high fences, making me feel a bit unsafe, although I understand the reasons for this precaution.
Room and Facilities: The room size is decent, equipped with a working desk and washing sink.
Bedding: The bed is alright, but the blanket is thin and had some hair stuck to it. There was no daily complimentary drinking water and toiletries due to the absence of daily housekeeping. On my first day, I found someone's pink underwear hanging in the bathroom.
Wifi: The wifi connection is sometimes poor, as it seems to cut off every hour when connecting with my laptop.
TV: The TV is a good size and a smart TV.
Bathroom: Towels look ok with basic provided amenities, but the water heater needs maintenance.
Hotel Restaurant: Limited options but acceptable.
Spa and Massage: No spa, only massage on request. They arranged a therapist to come to the room, but I was charged an additional P 200 for the therapist's transportation, which wasn't mentioned beforehand.
Staff and Security: The staff, including the security personnel from Cebu, are friendly and service-oriented.
