Average hotel- renovation needed
It is an old hotel so the facilities in general need to be renovated. The room smelled bad, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, too hard so my wife and I got back and neck pain. No water included, we had to pay 4 bucks for 2 small water bottles, since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere the is not other option. Breakfast was Ok and liked that just a few guests around. Plenty of space in the parking area.

The property is walkimg distance to the Payne Arena. So if you have a concert there it is very convenient. The breakfast was basic. The only bad thing is there was no microwave in the room so that was a big problem!
