Cozy place to stay
CHUNG WEI, 3-night trip

sweet refuge in Roma Norte
Peaceful, charming, tastefully updated historic home. Spotless with the most attentive staff anywhere! We were in the back, new addition and it was quiet. Lovely common spaces in living room, atrium and rooftop garden.

Centrally located in trendy neighbourhood. Friendly service and beautiful rooms.

8/10 Very good

Boutique hotel in beautiful townhouse in the middle of cosy Roma Norte with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable but our room on the ground floor of the inner patio was very dark en had inadequate lighting inside. Staff was often hiding at the desk behind closed door and could be more present and more helpful.

Beautiful property in the heart of Roma Norte. Unique architectural design with incredibly rooms and common area. The bedding was one of the most comfortable in a hotel we’ve had and the breakfast in the morning is Rosetta. Highly recommend

Booked this gem when we stayed in Roma Norte. The location was impeccable, easy access to all the restaurants and shops in the area. We felt very safe in this area of the city. The room met all of our expectations, felt like we were at home. Regina and all the staff were very welcoming and let us in the room early in the day since it was available. Cannot wait to return!

Incredible! Will be back.
We will remember Casa Izeba as one of the best properties we have ever stayed at! Incredible service, atmosphere, and location. You could spend a week in the Roma Norte neighborhood and walk everywhere if you wanted to, and never get sick of it. The staff was amazing, incredible fresh pastries every morning from the famous bakery downstairs, I could go on and on. The artwork and decor in the hotel are incredible as well. We will be back to MXC, and we will be staying here again.

Terrific quick layover at Casa Izeba. Will definitely be first choice for next visit to Mexico City. Perfect location in Roma Norte, and the room was large and well-appointed. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Great alternative to the large luxury hotel chains at a better value and location.

The staff was incredible. Very kind and helpful. The property was very clean and my room was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious. Roseta pastries and fresh fruits. The neighborhood is lovely and I could walk to many restaurants and shops.

Excellent, attentive staff and perfect location
Fani, Anna, and Pablo were absolutely great, and were very responsive answering any questions, providing recommendations, and helping us make reservations throughout our trip! The location is fabulous, very short walking distance to many great restaurantes, taquerias etc. Another great perk was being able to order food from Panaderia Rosetta (which has a long line at all hours), and a tasty taco stand right out the front door. The entrance is a little bit hidden and the rooms were compact, but overall a 10/10 experience, highly recommend.

My husband and I had lovely stay here. It is hands down one of the nicest most attentive hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It had the feel of a small boutique hotel with the amenities of a b&b. The location is perfect for exploring Roma & the complimentary pastries from Rosetta are not to be missed. We will be back for sure.

The location is absolutely ideal, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. This place is a true gem! The staff was incredible, they were super attentive and accommodating. The actual place itself is full of character and special. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The bakery next door is really popular and the hotel offers pastries fresh from them every morning. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

This was our first trip to Mexico City and I don't know if I could have had a better stay anywhere but Casa Izeba! The place is adorable, the neighborhood is so cute and walkable and safe. Our room was clean and cozy and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly! Will totally book there again

We loved our stay at Casa Izeba. It's a perfect location in a beautiful neighborhood in walking distance of wonderful restaurants, parks, museums, etc. The staff is super helpful and kind and breakfast is delicious. The building itself is gorgeous - it's a restored historic home with unique updated decor and tasteful design. And it has a rooftop terrace! You should definitely stay here.

Boutique experience delivers
More like a house than a hotel, with a welcoming and kind staff. Rooms were in excellent condition. Location cannot be beat. Morning chats over coffee and pastries from panaderia rosetta in the peaceful atrium ensured every day started at a gentle pace.

I recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel during my solo trip to Mexico City, and it exceeded all my expectations. The room was beautiful, cozy, andcomfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I felt safe in the area, and getting around was a breeze with Uber to nearby attractions. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Pablo. One evening, I lost my phone, and he went above and beyond to help me locate it, staying up late for a few hours until we found it and arranging the drop-off. His dedication and support made all the difference, and I truly believe my trip would have turned out so differently without his assistance. This level of attention and care is rare and made my experience unforgettable. I feel so grateful that I chose to stay here, and I can’t wait to return in the future! Highly recommended!
Charlene, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Overall great guest house hotel with incredible ambiance, decor and location. One main staff member who checked me in and greeted me upon arrival was excellent. Checking out I struggled slightly with communication with another staff member. The room and bathroom were fantastic. Though if people use the inner staircase, it’s quite noisy.

Super accommodating and understanding staff. 24/6 front desk was amazing after missed our flight and arrived much later than expected. The rooms and common spaces are beautifully remodeled. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Roma, steps away from amazing food (downstairs is Rosetta Bakery), drinks, boutique shopping. Very safe and fun neighborhood/hotel I cannot recommend this hotel, we will be back! My favorite hotel in CDMX. Thank you to Casa Izeba!
