This property is right on the Red Sea. On arrival, I complained that the app did not work, the online form does not work, and no one replies to emails, phone calls or messages. Our first room was dirty, their where red drops all over the restroom. They cleaned it, and missed spots. We complained and they moved us. At the massage parlor, we had to wear underwear during the sauna, steam and massage. Between each of those, the counter clerk would ask, "How are you?". Well, I'm sweating and standing in my underwear and you are in my space. The Hamman was straight on the stone and uncomfortable. The massage lacked luster. They don't seem to understand customer service or comfort. The food at the resort was mediocre. Ice is like gold for them. The restaurant servers were awesome. There was someone making noise above us each night from 7pm to 3am and the staff would do nothing about it. If you like Mexican resorts, this place does not measure up. The app is so bad; it shows restaurants closed when they are open and the map is useless. I guarantee it doesn't get fixed because no one there seems to care about providing a quality experience. Even the shuttle was impossible to get.
