Perfect hotel.

This is a 5 star hotel in every way. Wonderful rooms, great restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and perfect location. As it’s directly across the road from the bus terminal you can make use of the Sky Shuttle. Whilst this wasn’t the most expensive hotel (approx £140 per night) it was certainly the best.

I was here on business, so my time here was relatively short. The room is well equipped with lots of sockets for charging my various devices. The bed is ULTRA COMFY! The breakfast was an additional option for purchase, and it was well worth it. The gym has good workout equipment. I would stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. DELICIOUS room service. Lovely, clean and comfy room. Exactly where you would want to be after a super long flight. Great shower pressure. We were so happy to be able to easily get to the All Blacks Experience and Weta Workshop - we enjoyed this before our tour for the day. Great location. Upscale.

Stayed here 4 times now! As part of the SkyCity facility this hotel is in the heart of the city. Walk to everything. Fantastic eateries, shopping & entertainment! If you are playing at the casino you don’t even need to go outside! Spacious walkways over the only roads linking the 3 hotels! Love it. Comfortable king size bed, good seating, robes and slippers and a great shower!

What an absolute gem! Awesome room, very roomy and well kept. Service has blown away every hotel I have ever stayed in, including any 5 star hotels I have stayed in, including the Ritz Carlton.
