Receptionist took a picture of my passport when I arrived for the check in. Another young, naive, overconfident receptionist told me it is common practice to do so, or take a photocopy. No, in safe hotels they only look at it. They asked me 120€ for a hot air balloon ride, even though it was written on the board only 50€. They said something about the company not having been able to ride for a few days. As if that had anything to do with me.
The next morning, when I went to get some breakfast, another overconfident staff member asked me if I had checked in that day. As if I had sneaked in to get free breakfast. Embarrassing.
Room had heating on lowest, despite low temperatures. I had to ask them twice to turn it up.
Cheap hotel and great location, but I am sure you can find other hotels nearby where they respect their guests.
Do not recommend.
