Due to some issue with the natural hot water supply for the mineral pool, it was out of action for our stay . Finding the Cleveland motel was a gem! The staff were lovely and welcoming. The lady at the front desk was delightful and so informative. We always felt safe. There were trampolines and swings for the children. Unfortunately the thermal pools weren’t working however they provided meal vouchers and swim vouchers to make up for it. The room and fridge was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for 2 nights. Two decent sized bedrooms. You need a car to stay here as it’s not walking distance. Overall better thank expected given it’s 3 stars.
