Great room, great location but skip breakfast.
The room and location were great, breakfast was OK, but the reception which was supposed to open at 8am never did and breakfast was supposed to be served from 8.30 but on 2 of the mornings it was late once by 20min and once by 30 mins, which was a problem as we had to catch a train, nor was there an apology.

The location is great. Just 1 min away from the Opera Subway Station. Everything is less than 30 minutes away by walking. It is super easy to access the hotel and the room. The only thing to mention is that I couldn't increase the room temperature even though there was a control in the room. I got a little cold during the night.

Väldigt centralt och bra läge – nära till allt! Personalen var trevliga och gav tydliga instruktioner om hur man checkar in, vilket uppskattades. Själva boendet var också fint och städningen var bra. Det enda som drar ner upplevelsen något var att det var väldigt kallt i rummet första natten, och det visade sig att airconditionen inte var på. Sånt borde absolut kontrolleras i förväg – det är hotellets ansvar att se till att allt fungerar innan gästen checkar in. Jag fick sova en natt och frös ordentligt, vilket var synd. När jag sa till nästa dag löstes det snabbt, men det hade varit bättre om det inte behövts alls.

Nos alojamos una noche, nos ha gustado mucho el hotel, la habitación olía a limpio, amplia, nevera y hervidor de agua con varias infusiones. El desayuno se hace en el hall, muy completo y variado también. Tanto por la zona como por calidad - precio es una opción excelente. Volveremos sin duda
