I would give it maybe a 3 stars. My room had two single beds hard mattress. There was smell like cigarette, a hole on the ceiling and woke up one morning and had no water. Very little hot water and WiFi did not work. ☹️

This Hotel is a gem! Tucked into a quiet neighborhood just off the fabulous Quinta Avenida in Playa del Carmen. Good vibes and cool looking rooms. I have a King sized bed and a huge, tiled bath tub with a rain forest shower. The swimming pool is excellent. Staff is very friendly and professional.
