Hotel simples no centro da cidade, as acomodações deixam a desejar na estrutura, limpeza e disposição de interruptores de luz e tomadas. No quarto que fiquei o assento sanitário aparentava ser bem velho e encardido, o box estava pela metade, a iluminação era fraca, o espelho do banheiro era pequeno e improvisado, janelas não isolam do barulho da rua e praticamente não haviam tomadas, além de não ter frigobar e ar condicionado no quarto. Quanto a equipe de funcionários, é o que faz a experiência ser menos pior, pois são muito simpáticos e prestativos, o café da manhã é bom e tem uma vista panorâmica de parte da cidade. Em resumo, é um hotel simples para chegar e dormir e no outro dia tomar um café e seguir viagem ou trabalhar.

O pior atendimento que recebi de um gerente em minha vida quando reclamei do quarto casal standard, que mais parecia uma cela quente, sem tomada, sem interfone, sem frigobar, sem ventilador de teto e com a janela quase colada à janela do vizinho. Um horror!!!

Muito bom!
Gostei do quarto, para quem só quer um local para passar a noite o quarto (dos mais baratos, no térreo) é ótimo, o banheiro é bem grande e limpo, porém o quarto em si é meio apertado (a cama de casal ocupa praticamente o quarto todo) então se for passar algum tempo dentro do quarto, talvez seja melhor pegar uma das opções maiores. O café da manhã é bem básico, mas tem opções diversas, dois tipos de suco, frutas variadas, vários tipos de bolo etc. Dá para se comer bem! Fui muito bem atendida pelo pessoal da recepção, com certeza que se precisar voltarei, ficarei nele de novo!
