The employees and room were wonderful. This review is to advise of the airport shuttle, which we reserved the night before. We were dropped off at terminal 1 and told to do a 'quick walk' to terminal 2 with an infant, a stroller, and large luggage. Between nonworking elevators and luggage/stroller that did not fit through the barriers in front of the escalators, the 'quick walk and train' took an hour and forty minutes (since the stroller had to be disassembled; luggage lifted overhead, etc) and we very nearly missed our flight; plus wound up in the two hour security line we were trying to avoid. As it turns out, Uber would have been significantly cheaper anyway.
I hate leaving negative reviews and have through 3 different venues to contact the hotel directly. They have not responded to any of my attempts. It's an airport hotel so if your aim is to get to the airport, be warned!
