Surprised at how nice it was!
The front desk was really helpful, the cafe’s drinks were lovely, the guys at the entrance were great, and the rooms were really and genuinely so nice. The shower was amazing. The rooms were large and modern. There was a Nespresso machine and full fridge. This would be a great place to stay for an extended visit where you need a home base.

I traveled to Cape Town for my Birthday and stayed at this property and I have to say that I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were AMAZING, very kind, helpful, and available for assistance 24/7. I encourage anyone to stay here - it is a beautfiul property. I also enjoyed the walking distance to everything that was around, including the OK mart, restaurants, barber, gay club around the corner, and district 6 museum. If i return to Cape Town, I would like to stay here again. It was a great choice for me and strongly recommend to everyone.

At first glance we didn’t realize we were in the right location. Once inside, check in took a few minutes longer because my telephone number did not attach to the reservation at the time of booking. However, once checked in, WOW the room (901) was ABSOLUTELY stunning! Great views of Table Mountain and the room setup was spot on. I would have liked washcloths in the bathroom, and did not locate a thermostat for the AC, but the ceiling fans offered very cool temps. I definitely would stay here again! One of the best hotel rooms I have ever had, and I’ve been traveling for 20 years. You must stay here if you are in Cape Town.

Enjoyed our stay, unfortunately without breakfast
Upon check-in we asked where the breakfast was held in the mornings, and were told there was no breakfast included in our booking via hotels.com. We challenged this and receptionist re-checked but were told again there was no breakfast (basically end of story). And continued informing us about other check-in related matters. After we issued a complaint the hotel has taken no responsibility for the mistake. Luckily there is a lovely café around the corner, which we highly recommend ( Truth Coffee Roasting) in case you find yourself in the same situation.

Very cheap feeling and uncomfortable stay
Dont stay in winter. Very cold rooms with no heating. Windows dont stay shut and will open throughout the night - the latches were not in good condition at all. Loud street noise since the windows provide no sound proofing whatsoever and no insulation for heat. Wont be stating again

Das Hotel ist sehr modern, abgesichert und gut gelegen, sodass alle Dinge mit dem Uber gut erreichbar sind. Auch gibt es ein um die Ecke ein Parkhaus, in dem man für 8€ pro Tag parken kann. Die Ausstattung ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, das Apartment bietet mehr als ausreichend Raum für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr kommunikativ, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Der Kaffee, das Frühstück sehr lecker. Ich würde das Hotel wieder wählen!

Le check-in à l'arrivée est assez compliqué. WhatsApp n'est pas pratique car tous les touristes n'ont pas de sim locale et donc pas forcément de forfait data en permanence. Le personnel de l'hôtel est excellent. Le design des chambres, la taille des chambres, la salle de bain sont parfaits. Mais le gros moins, c'est les vitres de l'hôtel qui sont trop fines. On entend tout le bruit de la rue à toute heure. Et les rideaux qui ne couvrent pas la totalité des fenêtres et laissent donc passer beaucoup de lumière. Impossible de faire une grasse matinée dans cet hôtel. C'est dommage car l'hôtel est très beau et très agréable, en plus d'être bien situé. Dernière petite recommendation, le café qui ferme à 16h et l'hôtel qui ne propose aucune solution pour dîner, c'est pas idéal.
