This was my second visit, following last December. I don't really want to write a bad review, but I would like to see improvements, so I will write one this time.
First, when I checked in, I told the front desk that I wanted to go to the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, but They said that the Chinese restaurant was full and told me to go to another restaurant without checking. When I repeatedly asked to check, there were no other customers in the Chinese restaurant.
When I got to my room and tried to take a bath, there was no hot water. I called the staff to check it out, but in the end they didn't solve it and I couldn't take a bath. This was the same in December.
There were birds nesting on the roof of the cottage and we were bothered by their voices all night long.
When I checked out, I called for a buggy 30 minutes before, but the buggy did not come at the promised time, and although I called many times, the buggy finally arrived 30 minutes after the promised time. I almost missed my flight home because of this.
There were no words of apology for all of the above, and it was a very unpleasant visit.
