Woke us up at 09:55 and said we had to check out now even check out is 11:00. Had to get the framed poster ,thats on the table in the room, that clearly states check out is 11:00. Came back at 10:50 to remind us check out is 11:00.

Prisvärt hotellrum med gratis dryck och kapselmaskin för kaffe. Bra läge nära East Side Mall för shopping och mysiga kvarter i närheten med cafeer och restauranger. Fräscha rum. Öppnar entren samt rumsdörren med app i telefonen. Så se till att ha den laddad. Enda minuset är att det blir väldigt varmt på rummen under högsommaren och de är enbart utrustade med fläkt. Allt som allt ändå ett väldigt bra val.

DO NOT GO!!!!
The worst experience ever! We couldnt get into the hotel, hot water didnt work, heating didnt work and service was not there. DO NOT GO! Dont let the photos fool you. I have gone to many hotels and this was by far my worst experience ever!!!!

This is not a hotel!
Don't go here! It's not an hotel, it's more like apartments. No reception, no early checkin, no common area, no working areas, no atmosphere, no breakfast. Really horrible and completely misstated / oversold on the website / advertisement.
