Great big room, big bathroom. Nice that the room has a balcony even though it’s small. Great location, the staff is extraordinarily helpful and nice! They go beyond the call of duty. Breakfast was good and has a nice variety. Rooftop bar was a big plus, we were there around November and it was nice and cool.

The location, rooms, facilities are excellent but what sets Minerva apart, and presumably what earns them such high ratings, is their impeccable service. Talk about going above and beyond! Their staff is obviously very well-trained and eager to ensure guests have a wonderful stay, without being overbearing. Great breakfast too!

Absolutely amazing stay! The service levels of the staff were top notch. Instead of ordering a Grab to head to the airport, they arranged a much more comfortable SUV at same cost. Amazing experience staying at Minerva in a great location. Staff were so incredibly welcoming and helpful, including complimentary extras, great local advice and even looking after our luggage after checking out for an additional 2 day. The hotel restaurant Cocinia has recently opened for dinner service and is absolutely fantastic. Definitely will be returning the next time I am in Hanoi.

The best hospitality we’ve ever experienced. Sun went above and beyond with our accommodations and even sent us a list of recommendations after she was off work.
