Took many calls and messages to finally reached owner. He refused to give us such information stating we didn’t reach out 48 hours in advance, even though they sent us an email a few days before stating check in info will be send out the day off. Had to call Expedia to get it resolve to find out owner had marked us no show. Took them a few days to get our refund, meanwhile we had to rebooked a different room upon landing. It was definitely inconvenient and disruptive to our trip. Stay away!!!
