Perfect stay at a great price
Hotel was lovely. We had a one night stay there just after new year for a funeral. We were able to check in on time. We got a space at the rear of the building for parking and the room was very clean and tidy. Looked very modern and homely. We were based in the Carlton building across the road under the same hotel. Staff were helpful and super friendly. The room was small and didnt get a shower as the bathroom was dirty and lacked basic maintenance. I wasnt expecting much as was only a sleep over on a road trip. Felt safe and the bed was clean if not a little wobbly. Was not vooked into the main hotel was an annex down the street (not far) but still if you have a pot to carry be mindful.

Good sized comfortable triple room, great value for the price. The staff were helpful and friendly. We booked the Cairn Hotel but our accommodation was in the Carlton Hotel over the road from the Cairn Hotel. There is a sports bar on the ground floor but it wasn't too noisy to cause us a problem just something to be aware of.
