Best option for family with kids

One of the most cost-effective choices we have ever used. We could use the apartment's swimming pool as well. The only cons was the amenity. For example, we were informed that Nespresso capsule cannot be refilled even though it was written in the guidelines that we can ask if needed more. Room conditions, kitchen facilities, TV, and the size of the room are all excellent.

The apartment was clean and perfectly fine. However, the pool was not as advertised, not very clean and we felt very unwelcome using it. Certainly not family friendly. Staff were unfriendly and not very helpful.

Hard to find because about 6 businesses run from the same building reception. Thankfully my taxi driver knew where it was, I'd never have found it. The building sign says "City Home Lifestyle Complex". The apartment was fine. Everything worked. They were short on plates and cups. The shower isn't really a shower as the water is only about a meter from the floor. You need to take a bath, hand hold the shower head, or contort to get water anywhere near your head.

Overall really good

Excellent property for what we needed, kitchen with washing machine, hob and bowls and plates for all. In a great location near the attractions, underground, tram and train stations. The only down side was the blinds in the living room didn’t seem to go down any further and for those sleeping in the front room this was a problem with early morning light and as the windows faced the court yard lights from other rooms could be seen easily. Knew there was only a king sized bed and a double (in the living room) before going so as the older children didn’t want to share one slept on the sofa. Knew this would be the case going in but having options for a king and single beds would make this more family friendly. Reported the TV was broken on our 2nd day, were told they’d replace it the next day still no sign of it 4 days later when we left.

The apartment has so much potential to be a great stay. It is modern and comfortable. Unfortunately it is dragged down significantly by a basic necessity for a comfortable romantic stay: Proper curtains! The apartment has transparent curtains and then a set of exterior blinds. These blinds do NOT turb far enough to even remotely block the daylight, let alone the curious gaze from the neighbors smoking on the balcony roughly 5 meters in front of the apartment. So if you care about other people not staring in while you are in your birthday suit, or are sensitive to light when sleeping, this is not the place for you! We brought this to the attention of the receptionist on the first day, and he told us that the next day the StayWithUs people would come and put up curtains (note: the staff on site are not associated with StayWithUs directly, which they were quick to emphasize)... However, when this didn't happen we called the reception again, and two men came up and said that what the previous staff member had said must have been a lie and we in fact could not get any curtains. They were also very quick to use phrases like "this apartment is 10% nicer than the other ones" and "noone else has complained in the last months" - generally very dismissive of customer requests and feedback. Additionally, the shower head was very calcified, clearly not regularly maintained. I managed to clear it myself though. I have photo documentation, but the app will not let me upload right now.

Könnte schön sein, ist aber stark vernachlässigt

Nettes Personal, gute Lage. Das Appartment ist groß und angenehm ruhig gewesen. Pool und Fitness habe wir nicht genutzt, sah aber vernünftig aus. Das Appartement war aber in keinem guten Zustand. Die Möbel waren großteils sehr abgewohnt und teilweise sogar im Bereich ekelhaft - das Sofa hatte unterschiedliche eingetrocknete Flecken und Brandlöcher. Die Wände teilweise verdreckt. Bild über dem Bett zerbrochen. Der Boeen war leicht klebrig und die Fenster wurden schon sehr lange nicht geputzt - inklusive Schmierspuren und Handabdrücken. Spinnweben waren auch im Bereich der Fenster. Am unangenehmsten war ein undefinierbarer, aufdringlicher Geruch im Appartment der sich nicht entlüften ließ. Glücklicherweise waren wir im Sommer da und konnten die Fenster offen lassen.
