I wasn't going to post a review, but in hindsight it may help the next person. We tried the queen apartment with the bunk beds. The kitchenette wasn't as fully stocked as others I have had. It would be helpful to have had a cutting board and a compost option.
As this was the ground floor, you could hear every movement upstairs. If you have sound sensitivity it could wear a person down.
We didn't mind that the apartment is dated but the bathroom cold water tap required my husband to get working. The extremely low showerhead lacked pressure too. The bed was awful. My husband can cope with a firm bed but it was too uncomfortable even for him.
To end on a positive note, the staff and responsiveness of their text messages was amazing. I booked to pay in full at check-in, but was charged a deposit a few days before our check-in. When I reached out, I had an explanation. It is annoying that hotels.com doesn't accurately advertise. The free bikes have to be signed out but we never had an issue finding availability. The location is great, although the highway noise may bother some.
