The staff was excellent! I had food poisoning from a local restaurant and the lady at the front desk was very kind and looked up a local pharmacy for me to get electrolytes. The lobby was large and accommodating for baggage, the room was large, new and stylish with brick walls, nice bedding and renovated surroundings. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot with parking for stay in Split.
Location is perfect with available parking at extra costs. Split Old town is just steps away. I would recommend this place over other places in center of old town due to convenience of moving luggage and be able to take car near the hotel entrance. Breakfast and 24/7 coffee/water counters were good addition.

The hotel is lovely, great location and staff nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful. The only negative is where we had breakfast in the sister hotel across the road. The breakfast was good, however, the staff need to be managed better as we often had to ask them for the cutlery to be replaced or the food to be restocked and it sometimes could do with a tidy up during the service time. If that could be improved, then everything would be perfect. Quality of food was great.

The hotel was great - clean, very convenient to the Split old town. But, they need to provide better directions to parking and the location of the hotel. Just saying the parking is next the the Illusion Museum isn’t very helpful, and the streets are narrow! But definitely worth staying there once we got the car parked up!
