Very good but with a few niggles
Good value for money overall. Nicely decorated. Friendly service. Excellent breakfasts. Delicious lunch in restaurant. A few niggles though. The swimming pool is uninviting and barely used, probably because it is located at the front of the hotel in full view of allcomers. Room service is not 24 hours, it ends at 6PM. The hotel gym is small and cramped with equipment. No iron and ironing board in the room. Overall very good value for money

Jacky and his team are among the greatest ever. Our stay was beyond exemplary due to the excellent service. Can’t thank Jacky enough, He was so accomodating and even managed to help me out with an extra night when I had to return home. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. The breakfast is very very good and the the Pad Ko Pao is the best in town. Don’t think twice just book hotel vista!

At check-in, our suite was not ready but we were pleasantly surprised with a guests lounge that is pretty comfortable. Staff is polite and friendly. The room is pretty dark at night, it might be a good idea to add more lights. Lastly, i recommend that safety of bathroom to be reviewed. There are steps leading up to a platform and the bath-tub is a drop. It might be good idea to add railings to for elderly / children to balance themselves when getting in / out of the bathtub or up/down the steps.

televisoins did NOT work. came to repair 3 times, complete incompitance, Never enough towels, or bathroom tissue. I had to buy Toilet paper for two days out of three. We are a family of FOUR!! Unbelievable noise from partiers, in the next room! No sleep for my wife or I!! For 2 0f our 3 nights! They say family freindly hotel, thats a joke. Oh yes the pool water was disscusting at best. Tt check out, the made us wait because the clown inspecting our room they thought we stole a coffee spoon! then finally they found it. If that wasnt all bad enough, the bell hop practiclly attacked me to get my bag, and roll it the additional 20 feet or so to our cab, all in a pathetic attempt to get a tip!!! HE LET MY WIFE AND CHILDREN CARRY THE REST OF THE HEAVIER BAGS FOR THEMSELF. I will never recomend this dump!

At check-in was told room wasn't ready come back in 30 minutes it was only the concierge guy who come to me and took my to the lounge for a coffee, all the male staff who worked there, very polite and friendly Lounge is only open on the afternoon for a few hours, no light breakfast of cocktails,canapes.Many,many signs all over your room telling you how much you have to pay if you damage or stain anything, from towels to bed linen etc.Swimming pool was ok but next to the street.

On check out the staff was unable to help ,but next day the receptionist Kan who was very polite and courteous helped to fix the issue. The rooms are good in size but the bathroom is not good as one has to first climb and then one step down for toilet and for shower one has to climb and enter bathtub which is not very friendly to use. No rooms available with walkin shower.
