This is a cute, affordable boutique-style hotel. More like a hostel than a hotel, really. But my room wasn't ready when I checked in – even though I arrived an hour after check-in. I had to wait about 40 minutes in a lobby that had nowhere for me to sit while my room was made up.
Clark, the manager, was very apologetic and explained that a housekeeper had called out sick that day, but it was still a big hassle. Then, after finally getting into the room, I discovered the TV didn't work. I
I understand this is a new place, and they're still working out the kinks. The location is terrific – it's a short walk from Condado and the beach. And the rooms are clean and comfortable. But no one wants to get off a long flight only to have to wait an excessive amount of time for their room to be ready.
