Great hotel for the price.
The rooms are sparse, but adequately furnished. The beds are very firm, so you need to like that. The towels are fluffy soft. The front desk person was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The property was very nice. The room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean and nice but there was only two bath towels and two wash cloths. There weren’t any hand towels and only one small bar of soap.

The room was sparse compared to an average hotel amenities… no Kleenex, no coffee pot, no breakfast available, even at an additional cost, no blow dryer, and no iron. To use the Wi-Fi. We needed to use another rooms number. Granted the hotel has only been open 3 months, there could have been more items available like Kleenex. We will not be staying there again despite the reasonable price.

Taking out trash.
It would have been nice if they put something on there website about the guest having to take out their own trash and clean up after themselves. I am a clean person and leave my hotel room decent but if I wanted to take my own trash out I would have stayed home.

Clerk who checked me in was eating while doing so, stained up hoodie on, didn’t tell me my room number or location and when I inquired where to park she shrugged and said she didn’t know it was pretty full? No coffee pot in the room and NONE in the lobby or anywhere else on the property. What hotel has no coffee and no coffee pot in the room? I had to drive at 515am to find a gas station.
