The hotel's location was perfect for walking to restaurants and other hotels in the area. The grocery store near by was also a bonus! The entire building was clean and welcoming. The room was just the right size for my quick trip.

Beautiful hotel
I'm a germaphobe and find hotel stays challenging, but this was one of the most comfortable hotel stays I've ever had. Great staff, very clean and cozy. My only complaint is that the comforter wasn't very thick for wintertime, but I'm certain they would have provided another if I requested it. Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful stay
New hotel so it was in great shape. Service was excellent and every employee was very nice and upbeat. The location is perfect, short walk to everything, lots of dining close by and if you need to take a car service anywhere they can easily avoid Broadway being shut down and general traffic. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Nashville, close to the action. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. There’s no recycling. The room was very clean and we had a great view of the area. Would stay there again.

We had a nice stay at Caption by Hyatt. The staff was very friendly. The only thing was the room was very dark and could have used brighter light bulbs in the lamps.

Great location
Decent stay. There was a few little annoyances - the hotel lobby has an overwhelming perfume smell to it, the rooms are very dark and not a lot of lighting, the walls are very thin and can hear everything. The bathroom light was on a sensor and it would randomly go off throughout the night. Overall a nice hotel, great location near broadway!

Great, new hotel close to down town Nashville. The room was very nice with great storage and decorated to feel like home. Very nice bathroom, shower and mirrors with lighting. Required to valet park which was backed up as well as check in. I don't love paying to park at a hotel. Charger an extra fee for driving a SUV.

It was just for 1 night everything was nice and clean. Missing a remote to the tv i looked everywhere for it also tried to tell them this morning but it was busy and i was in a hurry to leave. Walls very thin heard whole conversations even someone coughing. Otherwise soft bed and felt clean.

Hotel was just okay, they forgot to clean the room on day one. Manager brought towels that were stained with makeup. We received a package of stale popcorn and two bottles of water as an apology. $7.00 for coffee, while others received theirs free in the coffee shop downstairs. Next time we will pay the extra and stay closer to the downtown hub!

New and Nice!
At check-in we learned we were the 10th couple (ever!) to stay at this property and you could tell: it's completely new. Industrial but comfortable decor, with modern touches like easy-to-cast TV, water + ice dispensers on each floor, USB-c ports, etc. Comfortable bed and quality linens. We appreciated being able to walk to all the Gulch area of downtown has to offer, and it was a short walk down to SoBro for more exploring. All in all a great stay!

Nice hotel, valet services overpriced
I enjoyed my stay at Caption. Clean rooms, convenient location, nice front desk staff. I was not so happy about the Valet. The parking garage they use is serviced by Metropolis so if you have an account you will be charged because it scans your tag. On top of paying $60/night Valet I was also charged $42/night through the garage services. I was told it would be refunded within 3-5 business days it has now been 8 days. I’ve called twice now and still haven’t received my refund. Paying over $200 in parking fees is absolutely ridiculous. If you’re going to use a parking garage that charges then you should have the option to self park.
