Very friendly and helpful front staff. Allowed us to check in very early (9 AM) for our 4 day stay for just 20 euros. Room very clean, plus we got two bottles of water each day free. Breakfast is excellent (but not free) - best to get it as part of a reservation package. Only complaint is the weird showers. No matter how you place the shower head, water spills out onto the floor of the doorless shower. Location was excellent to tourist areas and only a 2-3 minute walk to Central Station for trains.

Quiet hotel within easy stroll of Grand Place

This was our first time at a Pillows hotel and we found it to be quite satisfactory. The room was very clean as was the bathroom, even though that space was rather small.The location was great for us once we found it due to the construction in the area. We were lucky to get one of the 12 parking spaces as we arrived on a Thursday before 11:00.The hotel is fairly close to the train station but uphill , so I would recommend a carryon bag or take a taxi. It is a quiet area right by St. Michael’s church, so no late bar noise.It’s a 5 -8 minute walk to Grand Place.

Hidden Gem in Brussels

Really pleasantly surprised by how wonderfully modern and clean this hotel was. Really spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Easy accessible to all main attractions within a 10-15 minute walk. Close to a main train station as well. Only negative, and not a negative for me, but it’s not in a very busy location. By which I mean, you won’t be headed out to bars or active nightlife within a block. Everything is more centralized and the 6-7 minute walk. Again, not a deal breaker, but some people like to be in the midst of nightlife, this is not it. But would 100% recommend this place!

We just stayed overnight at Pillows. The receptionist was very friendly and we got a free upgrade to a nice room with King size bed. The room is very clean and has complementary water, tea and Nespresso coffee. The location is nearby Grand Place. I think we got good value from what we pay for.

Recommend Pillows Hotel! Very centrally located with just 3 minutes walk from the Central Station and maximum 10 min walk from Grand Place and the shopping street. Very close to restaurants. Nice clean rooms with coffee machine, robes, nice comfortable beds, tv with Chrome cast and more. Very nice staff! All in all really good. Would definitely stay again in Brussels.

Pillows is a great hotel in an exceptional location in city center Brussels. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The bar and restaurant were excellent. The location can’t be beat as you are close major city attractions, arts, shops, restaurants, historic sites. With wind driven rain every day I am grateful for the umbrella provided that allowed me to walk the city sites each day to my visit.

The staff was very friendly and the location was a short walk from all the tourist attractions. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the room was clean and spacious. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and it was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
