An amazing memorable experience
Everything was fine, customer service was really great especiall (Majdi) who was very helpful and friendly. The activity team were friendly and really good. Hotel room was great, and they provide us an amazing gift upgrade. The area around was calm and everything is close to the hotel. Thank you so much, medina solaria stuff. I booked for triple room and sea view but they gave me standard room without sea view. I pay double more for sea view and this what i got. The room air condition is not working and its too hot. What kind of 5 star hotel is this. This is a riff off. I will file complaint to BB to your guys for not giving what i booked and post everywhere bad what the hotel did. I booked for 6 rooms and paid soo much for this.

Hygiene restaurant mediocre, qualité boisson médiocre, idem piscine, douche thalassothérapie vétuste. Confort literie médiocre. Chambre au dessus du restaurant donc assez bruyant tard le soir et tôt le matin, avec le personnel qui bougent les tables-chaises. Activité Quad =Arnaque. Personnel accueillant et serviable qui fait de son mieux avec les moyens du bord. Service thalassothérapie qualité / prix = très bien….
