We had a fantastic stay at the SoHo Residences. The room was very clean with all the necessary amenities for a longer stay. Very quiet as well. Staff was excellent, particularly at front desk and concierge. Great location and we could easily walk to all the highlights. Highly recommend!

We shared a suite with our son and daughter in law and it was more than expected. We thought one bathroom and were very pleasantly surprised to have two plus a full kitchen and dining area. We'll happily be back when timing is right!

Great idea

With two rooms and two bathrooms for the price of one hôtel room, it was really a great success. Really close to the CN Tower. It was clean and confortable.

Excellent suites residence. We stayed for 5 nights and had a large 2-BR 2-BA suite with kitchen, dining table for 4 and living room area. Clean, comfortable and upscale, with all amenities. Area is fantastic - we walked to Blue Jays game and a theatre play, movie cineplex also nearby. And so many restaurants of all kinds within 2 block radius (Figo is highly recommended). Great value, well below cost of two hotel rooms. Recommended without reservation.

Checked in early and our room was not ready but held our bags until the room was ready. Once we returned after check in time our room was still not ready and they offered some compensation for the inconvenience. Staff were really nice and greeted on arrival. The hotel is super close to the Rogers Center, CN Tower and union station. Will rebook again if possible.

Soho residences was the perfect place to stay for TIFF. When you stay in the residence part of the hotel you get your own apartment with kitchen. My apartment was full of light and everything I needed even a nice view. When I arrived at midnight, I didn’t like the original room I was given, but they moved me to a nicer one down the hall. The original one had the bed pushed up near the closet so that I couldn’t roll my bag into the closet. The one they moved me to was slightly bigger and had better flooring and just a better overall vibe. They were super nice about the change and everyone was great the whole stay.
Emily, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

The location is very good however there were issues with my stay. For starters, my room was located in a separate tower from the main lobby. It was a fair distance to carry bags all the way up from the garage and over to the next building. Also issues ordering room service in the morning and I couldn't get out of the parking garage despite having paid $48.00 for parking at the front desk.
Jay, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Soho residences was a great location. Though it's connected to the Soho Hotel, it's a seperate side of the building, so you either need to use of of the other 2 seperate entrances, or use the hotel and use multiple elevators and walk down a longer hall. Either option wasn't too bad. The room wasn't as the photos advertised which was a bit upsetting, as I booked it specifically for the layout/setup. It did still have everything that was in the photos though, so I could look past that. It also had many extra towels which was great. Unfortunately, though it was a suite it had 0 cutlery which was a bit annoying. TV in bedroom didn't work and bed also was very hard and not super comfortable. Room was clean and well kept though, so no huge complaints overall. Had a great view of the CN tower, and was very close to a shopping center and food court called The Well, which we were not familiar with before (thanks to the suggestion from an amazing woman at the front desk) and it was the next street over from King, which also has a lot food and shopping options. There is a parking garage connected to the building which makes it super easy to have a place to park your car and easy access to it at any time you need. It was a bit pricey at 45$ a day, but considering you can take the elevator straight to it from the hotel, it makes it easier than parking somewhere further away, and able to come and go whenever you want. Overall a great stay, would absolutely stay again.
