Average hotel with exceptional breakfast
Communal areas of the hotel were beautifully maintained and decorated.
The room was ok but sadly let down by the beds which were extremely soft, so much so my daughter sat on it and bounced straight back off and onto the floor. If you like very soft beds then I guess this is perfect for you but for us it was not very comfortable. We did like the choice of a hard or soft pillow on each bed however which was a nice touch!
Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken but a heater and fan were placed in the room. Sadly it was a very warm day and the heater had been left on before we arrived so the room was like a furnace making it quite uncomfortable to sleep even with the fan on all night.
The general condition of the room was clean but there were some hairs found on bedding, towel's, in shower and on bedside table and the inside of the bathroom door had dirty hand marks all around by the handle which was a little gross.
We were only staying one evening so didn’t bother contacting staff so cannot comment on how this would have been rectified.
Breakfast was amazing and the best part of the stay! Huge variety of food, very clean and well organised and the staff were very friendly and professional. An exceptional service, thank you!
