We were supposed to check out at 11am. We had a big inconvenience and advice the hotel that we will get there by 2pm. When We arrived, the receptionist starting to yell, that he will call the police on us, that he wants 50€, that we can’t get out stuff. We asked if that penalty is written It was terrifying and scary as he suggest we didn’t get to speak, let alone he refused that we pay. If you are a person of Colour please stay away from the his place, it was the most terrifying experience.

Nice little hotel with easy access to airport
We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. The manager was very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. Our room was small but adequate for 3 people. It was kept very neat and clean. The simple breakfast was better than expected. The area is quiet and it is an easy walk to the airport boat. There is also a supermarket and affordable eating options nearby.

Loved the location of this quaint hotel as we had quick access to all the sites of Venice. Check in was a breeze, staff was friendly and efficient. The room we had was great. We were a trio so were a little tight with a queen bed and a sofa bed but that was our choice, just know that the rooms may be a little smaller than North American rooms. A light continental breakfast is available in the morning. Staff were great in helping us confirm our water taxi reservation and pick up location.
